I work with both male and female clients in contested and uncontested dissolutions and separations, partnership dissolutions, child custody and guardianships. My work involves identification of separate property and valuation (with expert assistance, if necessary) of separate and community property. I have handled all sorts of child involved cases including kidnapping, custodial time-shares, special needs, abuse and domestic violence, and support.
