Glen H. Schwartz

Mr. Glen H. Schwartz is the principal of the Beverly Hills law firm Glen H. Schwartz A Law Corporation. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Mr. Schwartz is a recipient of the LACBA “Spencer Brandeis Award” (“In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the legal community and the practice of family law”) and a recipient of the AFCC Joseph Drown Award (“In recognition of the contributions to the betterment of children and families going through the divorce process”).

Mr. Schwartz is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and has chaired numerous family law symposiums and colloquiums on behalf of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He has been trial and/or appellate counsel on many significant parentage cases during the past three decades, and is the author of numerous articles on parentage and frequently lectures on the substantive and practical aspects of parentage litigation, and is the author of the annually published Parentage Litigation Reference Guide, used throughout the state by both Bench and Bar. Mr. Schwartz and his accomplishments have been profiled in numerous publications and periodicals, including the front page of The Walls Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, and The Los Angeles Daily Journal.
