Abbas Hadjian

Abbas Hadjian is a nationally recognized California Family Lawyer. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), and a Certified Family Law Specialist from Board of Legal Specialization, State of California. Mr. Hadjian is bi-lingual (Farsi & English) expert in Iranian Civil and Family Law and Procedure and has testified in the Federal and the State Courts on different aspects of Iranian Civil Law, Procedure, and legal documents. Mr. Hadjian’s law practice is limited to expert testimony, litigation of complicated Family Law issues, and private or Court assigned mediation. During the past 32 years in California, Mr. Hadjian has been a legal analyst (live, television and radio in Farsi), and authored “Divorce in California” a 400 page self-help book in Farsi, published in 2001.
